Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 (14 fluid ounce) can coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 1/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 full minutes.
- 2 in a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder.
- 3 set on medium and stir constantly until thickened--15-20 minutes.
- 4 serve with favorite toppings.
- 5 freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
