Gfcf Brown Rice Porridge

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 (14 fluid ounce) can coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 full minutes.
  • 2 in a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder.
  • 3 set on medium and stir constantly until thickened--15-20 minutes.
  • 4 serve with favorite toppings.
  • 5 freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
