Frosty Coffee Almond Pie

Total Time: 4 hrs Preparation Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 18 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 quart coffee ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup hot fudge, warmed

Recipe

  • 1 mix crushed cookies and butter until well blended.
  • 2 press on bottom and up side of ungreased pie plate.
  • 3 freeze about 15 minutes or until firm.
  • 4 carefully spread ice cream evenly in crust.
  • 5 sprinkle with almonds.
  • 6 freeze about 3 hours or until firm.
  • 7 remove pie from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
  • 8 serve with hot fudge sauce.
  • 9 store in freezer.
