Grandma B's Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 cup milk
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
• 2 in a medium bowl combine egg, milk, butter and raisins. mix well and add to dry ingredients.
• 3 pour into a 8x8 inch, greased baking pan.
• 4 comibine topping ingredients and spread over cake.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
