Oatmeal Cookies: New - Super Nutritious And Tastety Too!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 8 ounces whole grain cereal (i use total, slightly crushed)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/3 cup coconut (shredded)
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup toffee pieces
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup egg
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 3/4 cup rye flour
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
Recipe
- 1 crush total cereal.
- 2 mash ripe banana.
- 3 grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder.
- 4 melt butter.
- 5 mix all ingredients leaving dry quick oats and flour for last.
- 6 spoon onto cookie sheet in approximately a 1 1/2 inch ball (no rolling or shaping required) and these will not spead so you'll have room for nearly double the amount on an average cookie sheet).
- 7 bake approximately 12 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- 8 let sit while next cookie sheet is being loaded then remove to a large plate to cool.
- 9 eat! freeze! enjoy!
