Incredible And Easy Chocolate-coffee Frosting

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (i recommend ghiradelli)
  • 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons dry instant coffee

Recipe

  • 1 place butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat.
  • 2 stir mixture until all the butter has just melted.
  • 3 remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt.
  • 4 sift in the confectioner's sugar and ground coffee.
  • 5 mix until smooth.
  • 6 cool to room temperature and frost away!
