Incredible And Easy Chocolate-coffee Frosting

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 4 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder (i recommend ghiradelli)
- 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons dry instant coffee
Recipe
- 1 place butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over low heat.
- 2 stir mixture until all the butter has just melted.
- 3 remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt.
- 4 sift in the confectioner's sugar and ground coffee.
- 5 mix until smooth.
- 6 cool to room temperature and frost away!
