Frosty Peach Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) can canned peaches, drained, liquid reserved, 1 tbl
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon reserved peach juice
- 1 teaspoon corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan.
- 2 cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
- 3 chop peaches and stir into the butter and sugar mixture.
- 4 add remaining ingredients. mix well.
- 5 pour into pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 6 remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- 7 remove loaf from pan.
- 8 cool completely on wire rack.
- 9 when cooled, spread glaze over it.
