Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon lavender
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to a small jar (i use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.
- 2 add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.
- 3 let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!
