Flu Bath

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon lavender

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to a small jar (i use a baby food jar) and shake until well-mixed.
  • 2 add 1 tsp to a sachet (you can use a coffee filter tied with a twistie) and toss in a very warm bath.
  • 3 let it steep for about 10 minutes, then soak away!
