Low Fat Coffee Banana Smoothie

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces milk
  • 1 scoop high quality protein powder, i use vanilla spirutein
  • 1 small banana
  • 3 coffee ice cubes (regular o decaf have fun with flavored coffee)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. drink immediately.
