Hot Mocha Truffle

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup half-and-half or 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
• 1 tablespoon espresso powder or 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 place nesquick mix in a saucepan, and slowly add water while whisking to form a paste.
• 2 slowly add in half and half, stirring until combined. add in remaining ingredients.
• 3 simmer, stirring occasionally, over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through. serve immediately.
