Plas Kynaston Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 240 g plain whole meal flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 2 cups grated carrots
• 120 g raisins
• 1/2 cup honey
• 6 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• nonstick cooking spray

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 180*c (350*f).
• 2 combine all ingredients.
• 3 spray cake tin with non stick spray.
• 4 pour batter into cake tin.
• 5 bake about 40 minutes.
