Hot Mocha (with Kahlua Or Amaretto)

Ingredients

• 4 ounces chocolate
• 2 tablespoons kahlua or 2 tablespoons amaretto
• 8 ounces coffee, hot and strong
• 6 tablespoons whipped cream
• chocolate beans (chips)

Recipe

• 1 gently melt the chocolate in a pan being careful not to burn it.
• 2 gradually add the coffee and liqueur.
• 3 pour into 2 warmed balloon glasses (or martini glass).
• 4 spoon cream onto the top and decorate with chocolate beans/chips.
