Hot Fudge Sauce - So Good!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup corn syrup
• 1/4 cup cream (light or coffee cream)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup cocoa

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan over a medium heat, melt the butter and sugar together with the corn syrup, cream, vanilla and a pinch of salt, stirring constantly. when it's smooth add the cocoa. continue to stir constantly, letting it come to a boil. cook 2 minutes. serve over most anything!
