Low Fat Coffee Cake

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 4 cups bisquick
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup bisquick
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons light margarine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 360.
  • 2 grease a 3 quart pan.
  • 3 mix all "cake" ingredients together
  • 4 spread dough in pan.
  • 5 mix topping ingredients together with mixer until crumbly.
  • 6 sprinkle topping over dough.
  • 7 bake for 22-24 minutes.
  • 8 let set to cool.
  • 9 enjoy!
