Ingredients
- 2 quarts eggnog
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup irish whiskey
- 1 quart coffee ice cream
Recipe
- 1 combine first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 2 beat at low speed until smooth; stir in whiskey.
- 3 chill 1 to 2 hours.
- 4 pour into a punch bowl.
- 5 top punch with scoops of ice cream.
