Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons fleischmann margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- water
Recipe
- 1 instructions: make crumbs first.
- 2 then, make the batter.
- 3 add ingredients in order listed.
- 4 cream shortening, sugar, and eggs.
- 5 add the rest of the wet ingredients, and then slowly add the dry ingredients.
- 6 mix to combine, do not over mix.
- 7 put 12 the batter in a greased 10 inch bundt pan.
- 8 add 12 crumbs and then add the rest of batter, and top with rest of crumbs bake 350°f for 50 minutes until top is browned, and a fork comes out clean.
- 9 cool slightly and remove from pan to a cooling rack.
- 10 cool completely & then drizzle on icing.
- 11 serve with margarine or butter.
