Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup splenda granular
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 2/3 cup skim milk
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 combine flour, splenda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
• 2 in seperate bowl combine egg, milk and oil. add all at once to dry ingredients. mix thoroughly, but quickly.
• 3 pour into a sprayed round baking pan.
• 4 combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
• 5 bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
