Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, golden
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups coffee, freshly brewed
- 1/4 cup irish cream, liqueur
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar and water to a boil, whisking constantly. cook for 3 - 5 minutes or until mixture is syrupy.
- 2 whisk in the coffee and cook 3 - 5 more minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- 3 remove from heat and stir in the liqueur.
- 4 serve hot over any dessert.
