Coffee Cake Muffins

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup shortening
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped small pecans
• 1/4 cup melted oleo

Recipe

• 1 cream sugar and shortening.
• 2 add egg, vanilla and salt.
• 3 beat well.
• 4 add 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and milk.
• 5 mix well.
• 6 pour into well greased muffin pans or use cupcake papers; fill 3/4 full.
• 7 mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle some on top of each muffin.
• 8 bake at 375° until done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
