Ingredients

- 3 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons brandy or 3 tablespoons cognac
- 1 teaspoon brandy or 1 teaspoon cognac
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- 2 teaspoons brewed coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups angel food cake, chunks
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 12 honey wheat pretzel sticks
Recipe
- 1 combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over a low flame.
- 2 heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
- 3 serve at once.
