Chocolate Fondue

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons brandy or 3 tablespoons cognac
  • 1 teaspoon brandy or 1 teaspoon cognac
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons brewed coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups angel food cake, chunks
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 12 honey wheat pretzel sticks

Recipe

  • 1 combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over a low flame.
  • 2 heat until melted, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 serve at once.
