Ingredients

- 1/2 cup freshly brewed strong coffee, cooled
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- nutmeg
- cardamom
- cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated gingerroot (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, process all ingredients until smooth.
- 2 for garnish, sprinkle with ground nutmeg and cinnamon.
