Ingredients

- 2 fluid ounces dark rum
- 2 fluid ounces water
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 small cinnamon stick
Recipe
- 1 gently heat all the ingredients in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved.
- 2 strain into a coffee mug or other heat-proof cup.
