Easiest Pulled Lamb Ever

Total Time: 10 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 lbs lamb butt, cut into 3 to 4 pieces (shoulder)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 14 ounces beef broth
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee

Recipe

  • 1 rub salt and pepper onto lamb.
  • 2 place in slow cooker.
  • 3 pour broth and coffee over the meat.
