Ingredients

- 5 lbs lamb butt, cut into 3 to 4 pieces (shoulder)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 14 ounces beef broth
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
Recipe
- 1 rub salt and pepper onto lamb.
- 2 place in slow cooker.
- 3 pour broth and coffee over the meat.
- 4 turn to low and cover.
- 5 cook 8-10 hours until fork fall apart tender.
- 6 carefully remove to cutting board and shred with 2 forks.
- 7 serve with favorite barbeque sauce on rolls.
