Kahlua Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• 3 -4 tablespoons kahlua
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar (to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 -4 tablespoons evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
• cocoa powder, for garnish
• fresh strawberries, for dipping

Recipe

• 1 in a medium bowl beat together the dip ingredients with an electric beater until completely combined.
• 2 refrigerate in a covered bowl until serving time. dust with cocoa powder (sift if lumpy) just before serving.
• 3 serve with fresh strawberries or your favorite fruit or cookies for dipping.
