Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee (cold)
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe
- chocolate mint wafers (optional) or chocolate shavings, as garnish (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine coffee, ice cream & creme de menthe in blender container & blend on low speed.
- 2 spoon into sherbet or wine glasses & garnish ea serving w/a chocolate mint wafer or shaved chocolate.
