- 1/4 lb margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup matzo cake meal, sifted
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease an 8x8 pan.
- 3 use a mixer to combine all ingredients in order.
- 4 bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 5 slice while cool.
