Mocha Marlow

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 ounce chocolate
  • 1/4 lb marshmallows, quartered (about 16)
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (strong)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/3 cup nuts, chopped (your choice)

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate in double boiler; add marshmallows, coffee and salt.
  • 2 heat, folding constantly, until marshmallows are half melted.
  • 3 remove from heat; continue folding until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and spongy.
  • 4 cool completely; fold in whipped cream and nuts.
  • 5 pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm, stirring once when half frozen.
