Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 ounce chocolate
- 1/4 lb marshmallows, quartered (about 16)
- 1 cup brewed coffee (strong)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1/3 cup nuts, chopped (your choice)
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in double boiler; add marshmallows, coffee and salt.
- 2 heat, folding constantly, until marshmallows are half melted.
- 3 remove from heat; continue folding until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and spongy.
- 4 cool completely; fold in whipped cream and nuts.
- 5 pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm, stirring once when half frozen.
