Mocha Chocolate-coffee Frosting

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons hot coffee

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, combine sugar and milk. add butter. bring to boiling, stirring constantly. remove from heat.
  • 2 add semisweet chocolate pieces. using a wire whisk, mix until smooth.
  • 3 if frosting is too thick or grainy, stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons freshly brewed hot coffee.
