Kahlua Butter Cream

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 3 tablespoons kahlua
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons instant coffee

Recipe

• 1 bring butter to room temp (can do in microwave for 33 seconds at .3 power).
• 2 place in mixing bowl. add powdered sugar. beat with whisk.
• 3 reconstitute the instant coffee in the kahlua and vanilla -- add to bowl -- beat until light and fluffy.
• 4 if using cocoa instead of instant coffee, all can be just put in bowl without the reconstituting.
