Coffee Frappé - South Beach

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup very strong coffee, chilled
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved)
  • 2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved)

Recipe

  • 1 add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender.
  • 2 blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated.
  • 3 pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped topping.
  • 4 serve immediately.
