Coffee Frappé - South Beach

Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed ice
- 3/4 cup very strong coffee, chilled
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved)
- 2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved)
Recipe
- 1 add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender.
- 2 blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated.
- 3 pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped topping.
- 4 serve immediately.
