- 4 cups hot coffee
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced orange peel
- 1 orange, peeled & sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Recipe
- 1 measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot.
- 2 add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.
- 3 add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
- 4 top with whipped cream.
