Cafe Con Leche Ice Cream

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups light cream
• 4 fluid ounces of espresso coffee

Recipe

• 1 brew the espresso.
• 2 put brewed espresso into bowl along with other ingredients and mix gently until the condensed milk is incorporated fully.
• 3 put this mix into the ice cream maker and process for 25 minutes.
• 4 transfer soft set ice cream to a freezer-appropriate container and freeze at least 1 hour before serving.
