Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche liqueur or 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 4 shots brewed espresso
Recipe
- 1 chill 4 medium heat-proof glasses in the freezer.
- 2 scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into each chilled glass and top with 2 t of liqueur.
- 3 pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and serve immediately!
