Kahlua Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) prepared pastry crust
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup kahlua or 1/3 cup other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 with a whisk, lightly beat eggs and add brown sugar, butter and salt.
- 2 blend well.
- 3 add syrups and kahlua.
- 4 blend.
- 5 add pecans and blend again.
- 6 pour into prepared pastry crust and bake at 350°f for about 40 minutes, or until set.
- 7 cool.
- 8 serve with whipped cream if desired.
