Kahlua Pecan Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) prepared pastry crust
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup kahlua or 1/3 cup other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 with a whisk, lightly beat eggs and add brown sugar, butter and salt.
  • 2 blend well.
  • 3 add syrups and kahlua.
  • 4 blend.
  • 5 add pecans and blend again.
  • 6 pour into prepared pastry crust and bake at 350°f for about 40 minutes, or until set.
  • 7 cool.
  • 8 serve with whipped cream if desired.
