Kahlua Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (i use ghirardelli)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur
Recipe
- 1 over a double boiler* on low heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
- 2 stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- 3 remove from heat, stir in coffee liqueur.
- 4 serve warm.
- 5 *can also be melted in the microwave on a low temperature, stirring occasionally and being sure not to burn the chocolate.
