Kahlua Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (i use ghirardelli)
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
• 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur

Recipe

• 1 over a double boiler* on low heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter.
• 2 stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
• 3 remove from heat, stir in coffee liqueur.
• 4 serve warm.
• 5 *can also be melted in the microwave on a low temperature, stirring occasionally and being sure not to burn the chocolate.
