Pear Ginger Toddies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups pear nectar
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 3 ounces spiced rum

Recipe

  • 1 combine pear nectar, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and syrup in a saucepan; bring to a simmer over med-high heat.
  • 2 decrease heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 remove from heat; pour into 4 irish coffee glasses, and add ¾ ounce of rum to each glass.
  • 4 remove the cloves; garnish with candied ginger skewers, and serve.
