Ingredients

- 1 3/4 ounces thick chocolate syrup
- 1/2 ounce creme de menthe coffee syrup
- 2 ounces espresso, hot freshly brewed
- sugar or splenda sugar substitute
- milk, hot steamed to fill cup (or foamed)
- cocoa powder
- chocolate shavings
Recipe
- 1 pour chocolate syrup into a 12 oz cup.
- 2 stir once around lifting from the bottom to bring the syrups up
- 3 add espresso.
- 4 sweeten as and if desired.
- 5 fill with hot steamed/foamed milk.
- 6 sprinkle with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate.
