Dark Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. set aside to cool for a minute or two.
- 2 add flour, cinnamon, and sugar to a small mixing bowl; mix well.
- 3 add in the egg and mix again.
- 4 add in the milk and mix yet again.
- 5 add in the chocolate-butter mixture and mix once more.
- 6 pour into a large coffee mug and microwave on medium power for two minutes, then high power for about a minute. cake is done when a skewer test comes out with moist crumbs.
- 7 allow to cool (while you're cleaning up is sufficient) and dig in! add a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top for a delicious change of pace.
