Dark Chocolate Mug Cake

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. set aside to cool for a minute or two.
  • 2 add flour, cinnamon, and sugar to a small mixing bowl; mix well.
  • 3 add in the egg and mix again.
  • 4 add in the milk and mix yet again.
  • 5 add in the chocolate-butter mixture and mix once more.
  • 6 pour into a large coffee mug and microwave on medium power for two minutes, then high power for about a minute. cake is done when a skewer test comes out with moist crumbs.
  • 7 allow to cool (while you're cleaning up is sufficient) and dig in! add a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top for a delicious change of pace.
