Cafe Mocha Latte

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee or 2 cups espresso
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whiskey (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 heat half-n-half in a saucepan over medium-high heat (do not boil).
  • 2 remove from heat; stir in brown sugar, next 3 ingredients, and if desired, whiskey.
  • 3 serve warm or over ice.
