Ingredients

- 1 cup creme de menthe
- 4 cups milk
- 1 3/4 cups ghiradelli's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coffee creme de menthe
Recipe
- 1 bring milk to a simmer over medium heat.
- 2 add chocolate chips (or premelt in a double boiler) and stir constantly till blended.
- 3 remove from heat and add the syrup.
- 4 add liquor and stir (skip this step for kids).
- 5 serve in festive mugs and enjoy!
