Adult Mint Hot Chocolate (christmas Nightcap)

Ingredients

• 1 cup creme de menthe
• 4 cups milk
• 1 3/4 cups ghiradelli's semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup coffee creme de menthe

Recipe

• 1 bring milk to a simmer over medium heat.
• 2 add chocolate chips (or premelt in a double boiler) and stir constantly till blended.
• 3 remove from heat and add the syrup.
• 4 add liquor and stir (skip this step for kids).
• 5 serve in festive mugs and enjoy!
