Low Fat Mocha Frosting

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, more as needed
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup cold coffee

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together until smooth, adding additional sugar (if needed) to make it spreadable.
