Lemon Cheese Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 18 1/4 ounces lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ounce active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f; grease 13x9" pan; set aside.
  • 2 to prepare cake:.

  • 10 bake at 350°f for 40-55 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 12 combine powdered sugar, corn syrup and 1 tbsp water in small bowl until smooth.
  • 13 drizzle over hot coffee cake.
  • 14 serve warm.
