- 18 1/4 ounces lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ounce active dry yeast
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f; grease 13x9" pan; set aside.
- 2 to prepare cake:.
- 3 combine 1 1/2 cups cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup flour, yeast and 2/3 cup warm water in large bowl.
- 4 beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. spread in pan.

- 6 combine cream cheese, 2 eggs,sugar, 1 tbsp flour and milk in mixing bowl.beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.

- 8 to prepare topping:.
- 9 mix remaining cake mix and butter until crumbly. sprinkle over filling.
- 10 bake at 350°f for 40-55 minutes or until golden brown.
- 11 to prepare glaze:.
- 12 combine powdered sugar, corn syrup and 1 tbsp water in small bowl until smooth.
- 13 drizzle over hot coffee cake.
- 14 serve warm.
