Ingredients

• 3 cups brown sugar
• 4 cups water
• 1/3 cup instant coffee
• 2 -3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 -3 tablespoons chocolate flavoring
• 750 ml 100% proof vodka

Recipe

• 1 in a large sauce pan combine sugar, water, and coffee.
• 2 simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
• 3 cool.
• 4 add vanilla extract, chocolate extract, and vodka.
• 5 store in a tightly sealed container.
