Midnight Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 squares semisweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup water (or coffee)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons liqueur, of your choice
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate with water over low heat; blend until mixture is completely smooth.
• 2 add sugar.
• 3 bring to a boil over med. heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
• 4 remove from heat.
• 5 add liqueur and butter.
• 6 p.s. this makes a small quantiity - about 3/4 cup.
