Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 3 cups whole flax seeds (also called linseed)
  • 2 cups whole sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup whole almond

Recipe

  • 1 mix and grind everything together until fine, using a coffee grinder or a food processor.
  • 2 store in a dark airtight glass jar in the refrigerator.
  • 3 this is delicious when eaten by itself with soy or rice milk as a breakfast cereal (especially good with soy milk, sliced banana and a sprinkling of cardamom).
  • 4 try it sprinkled on another cereal, fruit, salad, etc.
