Ingredients

- 3 cups whole flax seeds (also called linseed)
- 2 cups whole sunflower seeds
- 1 cup whole almond
Recipe
- 1 mix and grind everything together until fine, using a coffee grinder or a food processor.
- 2 store in a dark airtight glass jar in the refrigerator.
- 3 this is delicious when eaten by itself with soy or rice milk as a breakfast cereal (especially good with soy milk, sliced banana and a sprinkling of cardamom).
