Olive Garden Sambuca Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sambuca liqueur or 2 tablespoons espresso coffee
  • ice cream (enough for 4 servings)

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate and butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. add sambuca or espresso coffee and stir. pour over individual servings of ice cream and let harden. serve immediately.
