- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sambuca liqueur or 2 tablespoons espresso coffee
- ice cream (enough for 4 servings)
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate and butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. add sambuca or espresso coffee and stir. pour over individual servings of ice cream and let harden. serve immediately.
