Chocolate Mint Vodka Infusion

Ingredients

  • 1 quart vodka
  • 4 cocoa beans
  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves

Recipe

  • 1 combine vodka and cocoa beans in a sealable container and store in a warm, dry place.
  • 2 agitate the mixture 2 or 3 times a day for 1 week.
  • 3 six hours before serving, add the mint leaves.
  • 4 strain through a coffee filter into a bottle, seal and store in your freezer.
  • 5 serving suggestion: serve ice cold without a garnish.
