Ingredients
- 1 quart vodka
- 4 cocoa beans
- 1 sprig fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 combine vodka and cocoa beans in a sealable container and store in a warm, dry place.
- 2 agitate the mixture 2 or 3 times a day for 1 week.
- 3 six hours before serving, add the mint leaves.
- 4 strain through a coffee filter into a bottle, seal and store in your freezer.
- 5 serving suggestion: serve ice cold without a garnish.
