Ingredients

- 2/3 cup rye meal, kernels
- 12 cups water
Recipe
- 1 wash rye kernels.
- 2 dry kernels in oven.
- 3 roast kernels until dark in hot oven or brown dark. (alternate quicker roasting method: in heavy pan on top of stove.).
- 4 grind in coffee grinder and place grounds in filter in drip coffee maker basket.
- 5 add water to coffee maker and start brewing!
