- 2 ounces tia maria
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 7 -8 raspberries (keep 2 raspberries for garnish)
- 3 coffee beans
- 1 fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, mix the tia maria, vanilla ice cream and 6 raspberries for 15 to 20 seconds.
- 2 pour directly in a martini glass and garnish with the 2 raspberries, coffee beans and mint leaf.
