Delicious Nutritious Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 stir together all the wet ingredients (first 6) in a large bowl.
  • 3 in a smaller bowl stir together the dry ingredients.
  • 4 add dry ingredients to the wet and mix until basically smooth.
  • 5 pour batter into a well greased loaf pan and place into the oven to bake for 50-60 min or until tooth pick comes out fairly clean.
  • 6 enjoy!
