Indian Cold Coffee

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups cold milk (thanda doodh)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 6 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 4 tablespoons cream (malai)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar (cheeni)
  • crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve instant coffee powder and sugar in boiling water and allow to cool.
  • 2 blend the the coffee mixture and milk in a blender for few seconds.
  • 3 add cream and crushed ice.
  • 4 blend for another few seconds till it becomes frothy.
  • 5 serve chilled.
