Ingredients

- 4 cups cold milk (thanda doodh)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 6 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 4 tablespoons cream (malai)
- 3 tablespoons sugar (cheeni)
- crushed ice
Recipe
- 1 dissolve instant coffee powder and sugar in boiling water and allow to cool.
- 2 blend the the coffee mixture and milk in a blender for few seconds.
- 3 add cream and crushed ice.
- 4 blend for another few seconds till it becomes frothy.
- 5 serve chilled.
